Does a fat-burning zone exist?


In the 80s and 90s, the term fat-burning zone was used.

People believed that exercising at a certain percentage of your cardio capacity would be the G spot for fat burning.

So I have to say that this is a myth.

When you move, you will be burning fat, so any form of exercise is a fat burner.

If you are after weight loss, diet is the way to go, and when combined with exercise, the best results are achieved.

As I always say here, it requires the guidance of a qualified trainer.
