Are you a Rebel in your fitness and weight loss routines?

A great quality to have in your weight loss journey is to have determination.

And that comes from having strong boundaries.

And that comes from saying a lot of NOs.

There is no way someone can be healthy or achieve anything with the Rebel attitude.

I am not talking about Rebel Wilson and her weight journey.

I am talking about the attitude of not adhering to any structure or rules.

I see that as total chaos.

When you apply chaos the result is “whatever”.

I see so many people applying that behaviour towards their lives.

It manifests in self destructive behaviours like cigarettes, alcohol, drugs, lack of self care and the list goes on.

The best way to create a good routine and avoid those behaviours is to meditate everyday, to be in contact with your inner self.

I wrote a whole book describing not only how to meditate but a few known techniques.
