Are sports drinks better than water?

Sports drinks for me go into the same category as soft drinks.

They contain a considerable amount of salt, added sugar, artificial colours and flavours.

There is nothing good about them.

Drink water, filtered water, pure water.

Sports drinks are to be avoided.

There is a lot of marketing around them because they are cheap to make, and the mark up is enormous.

Your health is more expensive than that!
