Are avocados good for you?


Yes they are.

They are rich in fibre and great oils.

I recommend and prescribe avocados to a lot of my clients.

Think about a moisturiser that works from the inside out.

That's what they are for.

And like anything oily, you must be careful to do not to overdo them.

So next time you are at the shops, get a few avocados and add them to your next meal.

You can also add them to sauces and shakes.

They make amazing deserts also. Just blend them with cacao powder and stevia!

You can also moisturise your hair and face with them.
