So are they good or not?
Yes they are, they are rich in proteins, minerals, and amazing oils that help our cardiovascular health.
The problem is that nuts taste amazing, and we can not control ourselves.
So like anything in life, there is the right quantity of it.
Around 5 to 10 nuts a day is a good portion.
And hey, there are some things called nuts that are not nuts like peanuts that are actual legumes.
So peanut butter is excellent also when made with 100% peanuts and fresh.
My favourite nuts are cashews. They are so versatile.
