I want to share a few tips to recover faster if you are sore from your training sessions.
The number one thing is to move the blood around, so I recommend you do a long slow walk, something like a one or two-hour walk.
That will move all the blood around and help your body to remove exercise by-products a bit faster.
Another thing that you can do is to have a freezing shower.
That is the most effective, in my opinion.
It also moves the blood around and is very fast.
The third tip is to lay down on the floor with your stomach up, lift your legs against the wall and keep the legs up for around 10 minutes.
That's another great tip for you.
For more tips, read my books available on this website.
OK. You are training hard and very sore. What do you do now?
