How to supercharge your water

I get so many clients who complain that their water is boring and find it difficult to drink it.

I have a few tips to make you drink more water and enjoy it.

Here they are:

-Add things to your water like lemon, cucumber slices, mint leaves, tea bags;

-Warm-up your water;

-Drink the craziest herbal tea mixtures. Go to the shops and mix everything. I love chamomile and mint teas;

-Unleash your creativity. Add vegetable pieces to your water like capsicum, ginger, fennel.

No more excuses! Drink water.
