And when we talk about where you exercise is very important.
There are some places that you should never exercise because in those places, fitness becomes a hazard.
So let's go to the list :
-Exercise beside a busy avenue or road. The reason for it is because when you exercise, your lungs are pretty much "open" to retain more gases, and if you are beside fumes, those gases will go straight into your body;
-Exercise outdoors in a polluted city. Enough said;
-Exercise beside a construction site. Several microparticles of concrete, dust and other materials might be in the air, and we don't want them in our bodies.
So next time you exercise, look for a clean area, especially beside nature.
