We always associate the beach with the ocean.
So I would like to share with you two exciting ways to exercise.
One is to go to the ocean, have water at your waistline and then walk parallel to the beach like a regular walk.
This will be very hard due to the water resistance.
The second way to exercise on the beach is to walk on the softest section of sand on the beach.
The same thing as the water, we are adding resistance to be a bit harder.
So go to the beach right now!
