So what are the main ones that anyone wanting to change their health should have?
They are simple and easy to follow.
Here they are:
-No alcohol. This is the primary drug of choice around, and its effects are not desirable, and it is proven that there are no safe levels of alcohol;
-No sugar. The silent killer that creates high levels of inflammation in the body, and that includes honey, brown sugar and all its forms;
-No negative people around you. I am very emphatic on this one. There is no point in eating well, exercising if your environment is not healthy. Distance yourself from negative people.
