  Most people focus only on weight loss.

I see many other benefits that go beyond what you can imagine.

When someone stops consuming junk food, this person stops investing in specific companies, when many people change their purchasing behaviour, even the stock market and the economy change.

Other exciting factors are that when someone is healthy and eats well, they become a role model and will motivate everyone around them, including work colleagues and family members.

So think twice about what you buy, eat and do because you basically can influence everything around you!
