Is that any good?
No it is not good at all.
It is all about common sense.
If you lay down with all that food that requires digestion, you will create some problems.
The most common one would be indigestion.
Then comes a list of other ‘amazing’ things like:
Disturbed sleep cycle;
Weight gain;
Increased blood pressure;
Poor mental health;
And a cascade of other health problems because the sleep is disrupted and then a cycle of tiredness will develop.
Even work productivity will be affected.
