Is eating meat any good for you?
Should we keep fighting on this issue or not?
I think that everyone should eat what they feel like.
There are great arguments on both sides of the spectrum.
Eating plant-based proteins are great, but they can also lack a lot of nutrients.
The same can be said about meat.
Yes, there are also environmental issues on both sides.
My suggestion for you is to eat both in moderation and follow your instincts.
I have been vegetarian for many years but prescribe meat products for my clients unless the client has some form or request or nutritional requirement, or even believes around that.
I am from the opinion that intuitive eating is the way to go.
Always check your feelings and emotions.
So before you eat anything, listen to your body.
So the old fight between vegetarians and meat-eaters.
