I train a lot of clients that attend fashions shows, red carpets and big events.
And yes, there is a preparation that goes on for those events,
What you see on the day is the work of so many people.
No one wakes up as they do on the day of the red carpet day.
So here are some things that we do:
-Drink a lot of filtered water leading to it. I am talking about a six months hydration routine;
-Eat beautifying foods daily. Things like: avocados, spirulina, fish oil, purple sweet potatoes, olive oil, nuts, lemons;
-Never add salt to your food to avoid fluid retention;
-Exercise with a trainer;
