How to practice more gratefulness

But how do we incorporate that into our daily lives?

It is easier than you think.

Here are some suggestions for you:

-Wake up with a morning meditation or prayer and thank all you already have;

-Thank your food before you eat it;

-Thank everyone that does something towards you, human or animal;

-Thank yourself at the end of the day for all the great things you have done;

And there are so many other ways.
