How to be a winner when training


Is it to kill yourself at every training session?

Is it to push yourself to the limit every time?

Is it to have prime targets?

Is it to relax?

Is it to look your best?

See there are so many avenues here but the main point, in my opinion, to be a winner during a training session or training, in general, is to listen to your body.

Yes, some days you might feel amazing and want to give a bit more of yourself, and some days you might feel tired and want to go to bed and take it easy.

Then it comes to the second point of being a winner that is to be consistent.

Some days more and some days less but always on the path.

That's the winner's mentality.

So what is the spirit of training?
