For instance, if we create a list of the most important things in your life right now, would you put your fitness right there in the top 3?
If not, I would say you are in deep trouble.
Without your fitness, (and when I say fitness that word involves diet, exercise and mental health), you are nothing.
You won’t be able to do anything from your list without your health; simple as that.
So what should you do to have your health as the number one thing in your life?
Simple. Just do it. Prioritise things and say no to superfluous and meaningless things.
I think that people that exercise first thing in the morning have higher chances of completing their workout routines.
Also waking up early and planning your day and diet is paramount.
Diet planning is easy, I like to do it on Sundays and Wednesdays. I prepare a lot of dishes and freeze most of them, so I can have food ready.
Diet planning also creates a strong boundary around what your diet is
When you put energy towards diet and exercise there is no way it can go wrong.
Then comes the next most important point in making your health top of the list and that is determination.
Determination is the art of being stubborn and persistent in any season, environment and social scene.
Create a target and stick to it no matter what.
