Most people commit the same mistakes year after year.

So here they are :

-Going too hard on training. It all starts after a hot day after winter when you try a pair of shorts or a t-shirt, and they do not fit you. Most people start training as hard as they can straight away, and that can lead to injuries, no results, frustration and motivation destruction;

-Unrealistic targets. This happens when someone wants to lose a lot of weight in a week before summer. That won't happen—the right way is to eat and exercise correctly the whole year;

-No professional guidance. Without the advice of a professional that will create your diet and exercise programs is impossible to achieve your targets.
