Three different ways to eat peanut butter

It is excellent for you also.

Of course, I am not talking about peanut butter with sugar and salt.

And there are three great ways of adding it to your diet:

-Peanut sauce: mix peanut butter with water, fresh herbs and olive oil, blend it well and add it to your food;

-Peanut mash: instead of oil, use peanut butter to mashed potato or mashed sweet potato. It tastes so good. You must try it;

-Peanut butter hummus: blend chickpeas, olive oil, cumin powder, fresh garlic, lemon juice, peanut butter. It is so amazing!
