I remember the first years of people making green juices, and most of it was carrots or fruit juice.

And that's not good at all.

Too much sugar.

The right way to create a good green juice is to avoid sugar.

The best juices are a combination of the following :

-Cucumber;

-Ginger;

-Lemon;

-Green leaves;

-Limes;

-Celery.

And should you blend it or press it?

They are both excellent but blended is better because the fibre is prebiotic and contains antioxidants.
