Is it better to train your whole body in one session or break it down on separate days?


One thing for sure is that you must have a plan before each session.

And that's what I do with my clients.

I have short and long term plans.

The idea that I follow and that brings more results is to exercise the whole body each session.

The whole idea of breaking down the training into body parts on separate days was an idea designed by bodybuilders.

In reality, that doesn't add a lot of value.

It is more important to add the most significant amount of muscles worked in one session, to avoid injuries, speed up results and detoxification.
