I would say, enemy.
Caffeine stresses the body, dehydrates the body, and, to be honest. No one needs extra stress; we need the reverse to calm down.
Caffeine also gives you a fake sense of energy that doesn't last long.
So next time you have a coffee craving drink some filtered water or a great herbal tea to chill out and be thankful about everything you have in your life.
