No, it doesn't.
Weight gain will be related to so many factors like :
-Stress;
-Increased food portions;
-Eating too frequently;
-Wrong food choices;
-Alcohol and other drugs;
-Lack of exercise.
My suggestion is to lose weight as fast as you can because weight gain is a silent killer.
