The food industry is so unregulated and now with the help of “influencers” people are following very weird and distorted advice.
So let’s get back to real science in a very simplistic way.
You should not eat before training because your body needs to put blood into digesting that food and in reality during exercise we need blood in the muscles to help you to perform.
Same for eating during exercise.
Seriously?
Eating during exercise is used only in very extreme conditions like an ultramarathon; that is a madness in itself.
Eating after training, is another marketing gimmick.
Stick to your main meals provided by your nutrition professional.
It is more than enough food to make you strong, and they will provide enough energy.
