I sweat a lot during exercise. Does this mean I’m out of shape?


Funny how people associate results or lack of results with sweat and that has nothing to do with anything.

Some people sweat with just a few movements.

Some people hardly sweat.

That has more to do with genetics, weather and clothing than anything fitness related.

Also if you don’t sweat during a fitness sessions it doesn’t mean you didn’t work hard enough or that you won’t get results.

The whole super sweat thing is not a way of measuring anything.

If you get drenched or not it is normal.

We are all different.

Embrace it.
