I prescribe mini or micro workouts to my clients regularly.
I would rather see my clients being consistent and doing something, even very small, than doing nothing at all.
I am not a big fan of doing just workouts based on one hour.
Workouts are fun, and sometimes they will be one hour long, sometimes five minutes and sometimes a few hours.
In my opinion, it is all about persistence.
I developed a series of exercise videos that are very effective and last around ten minutes each.
So get moving and be consistent.
