Corn Bread recipe


It requires almost no time and is so easy.

Get your high-speed blender, and let's make some bread.


1 cup fine blended polenta

1 cup gluten-free flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/2 cup of nutritional yeast

1 1/2 cups of water

1 large egg

Blend it really well for a few minutes to make sure the polenta has been pulverised.

Add the batter to an oiled mould and place it in a pre-heated 150 degrees oven.

150 degrees for 50 minutes.
