I have to be honest here.

A lot of you were asking me about Chrissy Metz, and I had no idea who she was.

Now I know.

So getting back to the point, she is an American actor that lost a huge amount of weight, so people are curious to know her secrets.

She participated in shows like American Horror Story and This is Us.

I am not her trainer so I will give my opinion based on what I found around the Internet, adding my knowledge and advice on top of it.

She does not open up about what she is doing.

So here I come with my opinion on the subject.

She is pro body positivity and I am also.

If she wanted to lose weight I would suggest her to take it easy and do the process respecting her body and understanding why she put on weight in the first place.

I would suggest to her to stick to a very clean diet, like all my clients do. Focus on foods rich in antioxidants and stay away from sugar in any form.

I would also suggest to her to meditate, to relax, and to love herself and to not listen to anyone’s opinions about her and her body.

Exercise is a secondary thing in cases like hers

That’s where most people get it wrong.

They think, “lets run!”

I would say NO.

Never.

In her case diet is everything.

Diet with compassion, gratitude and connection to how powerful and healing food can be.

Diet and food are not just calories, unlike how most people think.

So this is my opinion on the subject!
