I think that anyone should avoid salt and sugar.

Excess of salt can cause fluid retention and impact someone's blood pressure and weight.

Sugar is highly inflammatory and aging, so it should have no space in your diet.

Not to mention the artificial flavours and colours.

Hydration should come from pure water.
