Are diet soft drinks healthy?


So, of course, they are not.

Marketing at its best, not to mention the number of chemicals added to diet drinks.

In my professional opinion, I don't know what is worse, the regular version with sugar or the one that mimics something wrong with more chemicals.

If you are thirst, keep it simple and drink water.

Another option is to drink herbal teas.

I love the combination of lemongrass and chamomile and a bit of lemon added to it.
