And when we are healthy and remove salt from our diets, food can taste a bit strange.
So the idea here is to create a few things to add a lot of taste to it.
Here are a few tips :
-Roast your food. Caramelised food tastes better;
-Add onion and garlic to your food, in powder or fresh form. They take your food to the next level;
-Cook your food in aromatic oils like coconut and sesame;
-Add sundried tomatoes to your food. They are full of flavour;
-Add aromatic powders like curry and garam masala.
