4 oils that you should avoid

Oils are unique and should be part of your diet, but there are a few that you should avoid at all costs.

Those oils are highly processed and can clog your arteries and veins and create hormonal problems.

So always avoid the following:

-Vegetable oil. I am not talking vegetable origin but oils just listed as a vegetable;

-Butter;

-Shortening;

-Trans fats.
